RI4rent.com is a website owned and operated by New England Online Properties, LLC ("NEOP"). The rental advertisements and related services posted on RI4rent.com are procured and provided by NEOP and its subsidiaries and affiliates. NEOP and RI4rent.com are strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and customers. This statement applies with respect to the information that NEOP collects from RI4rent.com. By accepting this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use in registration, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, including its transfer to and storage on our servers in the United States. While you can browse some sections of RI4rent.com without being a registered user, certain activities (such as advertising a property) do require registration. Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted at this URL and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any amendment, modification or change shall constitute your acceptance thereof. Our website and servers are located in the United States and all matters relating to RI4rent.com are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island in the United States.
(I) INFORMATION COLLECTED
We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP address, computer settings or most-recently visited URL. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us, by, for example, registering an account, purchasing a particular product or service, or filling out a survey. The types of information that may be requested include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card or other payment information in connection with such submissions, as well as demographic data (age, gender, interests, etc.). (VI) SECURITY; ACCOUNT PROTECTION
(A) Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use industry standard security measures (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. The Internet is inherently unsecure by its nature and third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from RI4rent.com. (A) To review, correct or update your contact information or change your preferences, you may:

(ii) Unsubscribe to any of our online e-mail updates by following the unsubscribe instructions in the body of any message.
